Retail Crew Member Leader : Same as retail crew member plus assignment of work to crew evaluate crew performance.

Retail Crew Member Assistant Mgr : Same as retail crew member same as retail crew, member leader, plus scheduling of reoccurrence and ordering of inventory for the store.

Store Manager : Oversee the performance of the store, evaluate the numbers and make the adjustments to improve them, conduct, biweekly meetings, recruit & hire, and train new employees, enforce rules, and policies.

Production Crew Member : Baker assistant, performs baking duties under the supervision of Baker.

Production Crew Member Leader : Monitors production crew, makes sure policies and procedures are followed. plus assists the Bakers.

Production Crew Member Assistant Mgr : Baker producing daily products according to schedule. manages crew members and crew member leaders.

Production Manager : Establishes production schedule, personnel schedule, reviews and enforces quality control methods, orders inventory, enforces policies and procedures. Conducts regular staff meetings.

Finishing Department Crew Member / Cake Decorator : Decorates pastries, desserts, cookies, cakes, cake bars.

Finishing Department Crew Member Leader / Cake Decorator: Same as finishing department crew member, establishes work areas, allocates work to crew members, reviews work conducts quality control.

Finishing Department Member Assistant Manager : Same as crew member leader. plus scheduling of personnel, ordering inventory.

Finishing Department Manager : Oversee the performance of the department. evaluates the “numbers” and makes adjustment to improve them. conducts biweekly meetings, recruits, hire and trains all incoming personnel. enforces rules and procedures.

Shipping Crew Member/ Driver: Pull products from freezer according to store orders, receive racks from production with products right out of the oven ready to go to stores fill according to store orders, package products for fedex pick ups, package products that will go to stores in the grab and go section of the store.

Shipping Crew Member Leader : Same as shipping crew member plus allocates assignment of work to crew members, evaluates crew member performance.

Shipping Crew Member Assistant Manager : Same as shipping crew member leader plus schedules personnel, orders inventory.

Shipping Manager : Oversee the performance of the store evaluates the “numbers” and personnel makes adjustments to improve them.conducts biweekly meetings, recruits, hires and trains new incoming employees. enforces rules and regulations.

Call Center Crew Member : answers customer calls, takes customer orders, fields customer questions, deep understanding of our phone system features, and our application software.

Call Center Crew Member Leader : Same as call center crew member plus scheduling of personnel and  ordering of inventory products.

Call Center Manager : manages the call center personnel and the consultants. conducts regular meetings. establishes goals for call center and consultants. enforces rules and procedures.

Markets wedding cakes and wedding cookies to wedding venues. conducts wedding consultations. this is a sales position.

Markets baked goods products to universities corporations, hotels to address their event needs. this position develops individual baked goods packages for customers needs. This is a sales position.

Markets baked goods products to nonprofits and schools, consults with organizations with the proper product and price that fits their fundraising goals. this is a sales position.

Markets baked goods to reseller’s consults on the complimentary products that a reseller can use in their organization. This is a sales position.

Performs human resources functions, accounting functions such as payables, receivables, payroll duties
